Return Process

  Log in to your Penshoppe account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the invoice or return slip is included inside the parcel.

  Drop Off or Pickup

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier partner location or schedule a home pickup through our online returns portal.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
